Thanks for giving me some advice.
I think for two weeks [mostly because my birthday is coming up and I’ll be out of town, I doubt I’ll be able to maintain this around that time] I’m going to cut my carb intake to only 1-2 small servings per day at most and try to discipline myself. I also can’t afford to buy the foods I need for it at the moment, because I also buy food for my mom and boyfriend who lives here. I just paid my credit card bill so I’m at 0 in my bank, so I need at least a week to get some money saved.
